Soon-to-close NHS Tavistock clinic is accused of ‘wrongly convincing gay and bisexual people they were TRANS’ in bitter legal dispute

The UK’s soon-to-close child gender clinic has been accused of wrongly convincing gay and bisexual people that they are trans. London-based Tavistock Clinic was ordered to close it doors in July after a damning report found it was ‘not safe’ for children. The clinic, which opened in the 1980s, was criticised for allegedly rushing teenagers onto life-altering puberty blocking drugs.
