PM: I cannot tell why LGBT Forum was canceled in Yerevan

The rule of law operates in Armenia, and all citizens have the same rights and obligations, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said during PACE spring session. His remarks came in response to comment on PACE delegate’s quoting about the LGBT Forum in Yerevan last November.
