Hong Kong NGOs for sexual minorities suffer government funding cuts and pressure

These free condoms are quite popular,” a bartender said as they cheerfully welcomed Kit. But Kit, a worker with the NGO Gay Harmony who only offered his first name, was on his last outreach mission.
