Oregon Teacher Won Discrimination Lawsuit A teacher in Oregon has won a lawsuit against her district alleging discrimination and harassment. Eileen Brennock’s school district previously banned Pride flags and Black Lives Matter signs in 2021. Then her principal made comments discouraging teachers from supporting LGBT+ students, saying: “It’s not okay to tell kids it’s okay to be gay or trans.”
