The new co-dean of Rutgers Law School in Camden is the first woman, the first African American and the first LGBT law dean at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. Rutgers University–Camden Chancellor Phoebe A. Haddon announced Wednesday the appointment of Kimberly Mutcherson, a bioethics and health law scholar, as co-dean of Rutgers Law School in Camden. She succeeds Michael Cahill, who recently was named dean and president of Brooklyn Law School.
