ETag tracking may generate unique tracking values even where the consumer blocks HTTP, Flash, and/or HTML5 cookies.
Recognition Technologies. Technologies, including application of statistical probability to data sets, which attempt to recognize or make assumptions about users and devices (e.g., that a user of multiple devices is the same user).

(g) Contests And Promotions – Promotions entrants may be required to consent to certain information sharing specified at time of entry.
(h) EEOC/Affirmative Action Reporting – Certain employment application, self-identifying information (e.g., race and gender) may be shared with the government and other third parties.

(a) User-Generated Content and Public Information – Posting content in public areas makes it available to others. We may share and use your public information for any reason not otherwise prohibited by this Privacy Policy.
